Spanish Verb to Put
Poner – to put – is one of the most common irregular Spanish verbs. It’s generally used just like its English equivalent.

Pongo muchos jalapeños en mi salsa. | I put lots of jalapeños in my salsa. | |

Poner is a g verb but otherwise regular in the present tense.
